摘要
将间硝基甲苯在液相中加氢合成间甲苯胺,考查了加氢条件对间甲苯胺产率的影响。结果表明,在催化剂为2g,工业甲醇溶剂为200 mL,时间为6 h,温度为90℃,压力为1.6 MPa,投料量为80 g的条件下,间甲苯胺的转化率可达到99.79%,轻组分含量为0.11%,重组分含量为0.10%。
Meta-methylnitrobenzene in liquid phase can be hydrogenation synthesized to meta-aminotoluene.Influence to meta-aminotoluene productivity inspecting by hydrogenation condition was inspected.The result states: under the condition of catalyst 2.0g,methanol solvent 200mL,time 6h,temperature 90℃,pressure 1.6MPa,inventory 80g,the productivity of meta-aminotoluene can reach 99.79%;light constituent content is 0.11%;heavy constituent is 0.10%.
