通过甘蓝与大白菜种间杂交获得了50个甘蓝型油菜杂交组合。田间抗性鉴定结果:17个组合抗寒、38个组合耐热、4个组合抗病毒病、42个组合抗霜霉病、39个组合避开了菌核病。合成组合中正常可育的组合24个,这些品系的自交不亲和性、生物学特性及抗逆性都与它们的双亲尤其是母本甘蓝相似。正常可育的品系中19个自交不亲和,与胞质不育系41A测交的3个合成品系中没有找到恢复基因,但它们是理想保持系,其后代不育性彻底而稳定。从合成的甘蓝型油菜与双低品系的杂交后代中获得了一个不育株率和不育度均达100%的核不育材料。合成品系与双低品系杂交后代中自交不亲和组合高达80%,其生物学特性居中亲值,3个组合抗寒,多数组合晚熟、耐热、抗病毒病、油菜霜霉病和避开菌核病,千粒重和含油量普遍高于现有甘蓝型油菜品种。
Fifty combinations of Brassica napus were synthesized by interspecific hybridization between B. oleracea and Chinese cabbage (B. campestris). The results of resistance detemination in field showed: There were 17 strains with tolerance to cold injury, 38 strains with tolerance to heat, 4 combinatons with resistance to virus, 42 strains with resistance to downy mildew , 39 combinations avoided S, sclerotiorum. In the 50 synthetic strains, there were 24 combinations with normal fertility,which self-incompatibility, morphological characters and stress resistance resembled their parents.Restorer genes from three synthetic strains were not found. The progenies of hybridization between 41A and synthetic B. napus had complete and stable sterility. A GMS line with 100% sterile rate and 100% sterile degree was also obtained from the reciprocal crosses between the synthetic B. napus and double low lines. The morphological characters of the reciprocal cross hybrids appeared intermediate of their parents. Only three hybrids were resistant to cold. But most of them were late maturity, resistant to heat, virus disease, downy mildew and avoided S. sclerotiorum. Thir weight of 1000 seeds and oil content were much higher than present B. napus cultivars.
