车辆传动装置嵌入式无线扭矩测试系统研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对车辆传动装置狭小约束空间、较大振动冲击、较多油污以及严酷恶劣的试验环境特点,提出一种基于Zigbee通讯技术的车辆传动装置旋转件、往复件近距离无线扭矩测试系统;采用MAX1452信号处理器将标定参数写入MAX1452内部的EEPROM,实现高温自动补偿;采用Zigbee协议实现模块间的近程无线通讯;采用CAN总线实现模块间的有线传输;经测试证明,该系统误差≤2(,性能可靠,现已成功应用于车辆的扭矩测试中,为设计仿真及故障分析提供依据。 Vehicle transmission equipment has narrow space, great vibration and impulsion , smeary, bad experiment environment characteristics, a close quarters wireless torque measurement system is proposed based on Zigbee communication technology used with revolving parts and to--and--fro parts. It can realize high temperature compensation used MAX1452 signal processor written calibration data to EEP- ROM. it can realize wire and witless communication used Zigbee protocol and CAN bus. Practice shows error of the system is less than 1%, performance is credible. It has been applied on vehicle torque measurement successfully, and has been provided gist for design, simulation and malfunction.
