摘要
福建农林大学麻类遗传育种综合利用研究室自2002年以来开展菜用黄麻新品种选育,已选育出菜用黄麻优良新品种福农1号、2号、3号、4号、5号等。福建莆田、福清、闽侯的示范试验,以及河南、四川、湖北、安徽、湖南、江西等地的引种试种表明,福农系列品种均表现为嫩茎叶产量高,采摘期耐热耐旱、生长速度快、栽培容易、污染少(一般不施用农药),可弥补5-8月份蔬菜品种淡缺;食用上风味独特、口感好,富含粗蛋白、粗纤维和木槿酸,以及Ca、P、Fe、K、Mg、Se等微量元素。
The selection and breeding of new varieties of vegetable jute has been undertaken by Institute of Genetics,Breeding and Multiple Utilization for Fibre Crops,Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University since 2002.The excellent new varieties of vegetable jute,such as Funong No.1,Funong No.2,Funong No.3,Funong No.4 and Funong No.5,has been developed.Demonstration in Fuqing,Putian and Minhou of Fujian,and introduction and growing in Henan,Sichuan,Hubei,Anhui,Hunan,Jiangxi has proved that Funong series varieties performed their high yields in tender stems and leaves,tolerance to heat and aridity in the harvest period,rapid growth,easy cultivation,and no pollution(no use of pesticides).They could supply a gap of general vegetables from May to August.They were delicious in unique flavor and rich in crude protein and fibre,Hibiscus acid,and micro-elements such as Ca,P,Fe,K,Mg,Se.
