摘要
在已建立数控球头立铣刀前刀面加工数学模型的基础上,根据微分几何理论建立后刀面的加工数学模型,分析了加工中前刀面与后刀面的坐标系的空间运动关系,并讨论了后刀面的加工实现问题。
Based on the mathematical model of the rack face of ball - nose end milling cutter, the grinding mathematical model of the flank of the end edge is presented by means of the theory of differential geometry, Analyzing the spatial motive relation between the coordinate of the rack face and that of the flank the end edge and the industrial reality.
