摘要
以丁二酸、己二酸、无水乙醇为原料,硫酸氢钠为催化剂合成丁二酸、己二酸混合二乙酯,考察了影响酯收率的各种因素,确定了最佳反应条件为:丁二酸用量为0.017 mol,己二酸用量为0.11 mol时,无水乙醇与丁二酸、己二酸混合二元酸的物质的量比为6.0,3.0 g催化剂,25 mL环己烷作带水剂,反应时间1.5 h,混合二乙酯收率达83.86%
The synthesis of diethyl succinate and diethyl adipate using sodium bisulfate as catalyst has been studied.The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were found out.The best reaction conditions are as follows: based on 0.017 mol succinate acid,0.11 mol adipate acid,the molar ratio of ethanol to succinct acid is 6.0,mass of catalyst is 3.0 g,the taking water reagent is 25 mL,and the reaction time is 1.5 h.The yield of esterification is 83.86%.
