摘要
浅层地热能的开发利用对促进能源结构调整、实现节能减排、建设低碳城市具有重要的战略意义,在杨浦区有广阔的利用前景。本文从制定规划、整合资源、创新机制、推进示范工程等方面对杨浦区浅层地热能开发利用的工作提出了具体意见和建议,对杨浦区浅层地热能开发利用具有指导作用。
Exploitation and utilization of shallow geothermal energy has important strategic significance in the promotion of the adjustment of energy structure,the implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction and the construction of low carbon city,and can be widely used in Yangpu District of Shanghai.This paper given some suggestions for the planning,resources integration,innovation mechanism,promotion of demonstration projects of development and utilization of shallow geothermal energy in Yangpu District.And the results can play a directive rote in the development and utilization of shallow geothermal energy in Yangpu District.
