摘要
研究基于参数化的可实现模架自动装配的方法。时效成形模架由底板、型板和框板组成,分别提取主要关键尺寸,将其参数化;找出底板、型板和框板之间的装配关系,建立三者间的装配函数关系,应用VB软件对CATIA进行二次开发,通过修改零部件几个关键尺寸建立一个新的装配体,实现时效模架的自动装配。结果表明,该方法满足设计要求。
A kind of method was based on parameterized design for automatic assembly of tool set. Age forming tool set consists of baseplate, template and frameplate. Parts were parameterized by key sizes, The assembly relation between baseplate, template and frameplate was found. The secondary development of CATIA software was made by VB software. Finally the sizes of key part were modified to establish a new assembly body. The results show that the method satisfies the design requirement.
