摘要
在对大鼠建立高血压模型的基础上,进行菊米提取物总黄酮干预,分为SHR对照组、硝苯地平对照组(7.5mg/kg.d)、高剂量组(3.15g/kg.d)、中剂量组(1.575g/kg.d)和低剂量组(0.639g/kg.d),利用无创血压测量仪检测不同时间段大鼠尾动脉血压及心率变化。结果显示:单次给药时,总黄酮各剂量组在给药后3h显著降低血压和心率,持续时间短;连续给药时,总黄酮各剂量组维持降压水平达到4h,总黄酮降血压和心率的能力较硝苯地平起效慢,各剂量组间降血压心率能力无显著性统计学差异。由此得出:菊米提取物总黄酮能有效降低自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的血压和心率,对轻中度高血压有较好的远期疗效。
Methods: Using established SHR model,intervened by total falconoid from Jumi.To observe the level of Bp and HR by non-invasive blood pressure(NIBP),rats were divided into SHR control groups,nifedipine control groups(7.5mg/kg·d),total falconoid high dose groups(3.15g/kg·d),total falconoid medium dose groups(1.575g/kg·d) and total falconoid low dose groups(0.639g/kg·d).Results: Total falconoid from Jumi significantly reduced the levels of Bp and HR when 3h after treating by single dose test,but only 1 hour lasting.Total falconoid from Jumi reduced the levels of them and lasted four hours and it took slower effect than nifedipine in successive administration.The effect difference of lowering Bp and HR among three dose groups of total falconoid wasn't significant.Conclusion: Total flavonoids from Jumi could reduce Bp and HR of SHR,and it had better long-term result for moderate hypertension.
