损伤性单纯髌骨软骨骨折的治疗体会 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨髌骨软骨骨折的治疗方法与效果。方法对2002年2月至2009年12月收治的9例损伤所致单纯髌骨软骨骨折患者行切开探查手术,摘除游离体2例,DG线U型髌前内固定治疗7例。术后辅以膝功能锻炼,骨折愈合后负重行走。结果随访3～48个月。按Lysholm膝关节功能评分标准,膝关节功能恢复达优6例,良2例,可1例。结论手术治疗髌骨软骨骨折,安全,方法易掌握,能有效减少膝关节僵硬及创伤性关节炎的发生,可取得良好的疗效。
