支撑辊表面堆焊层开裂失效分析 被引量:1

摘要 对大型支承辊表面堆焊层裂纹宏观及微观形态、裂纹表面宏观及微观特征进行了观察分析。结果表明,辊身表面及堆焊层内部出现的裂纹为结晶热裂纹和再热裂纹。堆焊层材料中含P量偏高、晶界处含有较高的碳化物形成元素(Cr,Mn,V等)以及P、S杂质元素,是堆焊层产生两种裂纹的材料因素。支承辊自重引起的弯曲载荷是堆焊层开裂的力学因素。 The cracking morphology and fracture appearance of the cracked hardfacing layer on the large backup-roll were investigated by visual and SEM.The results indicate that the cracks on the surface of the repaired backup-roll and inside the hardfacing layer are solidification cracks and reheat cracks.Presence of more impurity elements of P,S and carbide forming elements of Cr,Mn,V,et al at the grain boundary in the hard-facing layer is mainly responsible for the cracking of hardfacing layer,and the bending load on the roll due to its self-weight of the roller is the mechanical factor resulting in the cracking of hardfacing layer.
