摘要
本文研究了一种新的测定1,4-丁二醇(BDO)中羰基化合物含量的方法,即全自动电位滴定法,其主要原理是样品与由盐酸羟胺和有机碱反应生成的羟胺在甲醇溶液中反应,通过测定混合物总碱度的减少量来计算样品中的羰基化合物含量。通过对分光光度法(GB/T6325.5-2008)和滴定法测定出的结果进行对比,发现滴定法可靠易行,可以准确测定BDO样品中羰基化合物的含量,而且使单批次分析时间由分光光度法的6h缩短至30min。
In this paper,a new determination of the carbonyl compounds in 1,4-butanediol(BDO)was developed,namely,automatic potentiometric titration,the main principle was that the sample with hydroxylamine hydrochloride and the organic base by the reaction of hydroxylamine in methanol solution reaction mixture,and measured the decrease of total alkalinity in the sample volume to calculate the content of carbonyl compounds.By spectrophotometry(GB/T 6325.5-2008)and the titration results of the comparison,the titration was a reliable and easy,the sample could be accurately measured BDO content of carbonyl compounds,but also the time of a single batch splitting reduced from 6h to 30min by Spectrophotometry.
