摘要
帕金森病(PD)作为第二大神经退行性疾病,目前临床内科和外科皆不能彻底治愈。临床治疗主要为药物控制症状和心理治疗。近年脑深部电刺激(DBS)已成为PD治疗最重要的选择。本文综述药物及DBS在PD临床治疗中的应用。
As the second largest neurodegenerative disease, Parkinson＇s disease （PD） could not be cured completely with medicine and surgery. Drugs and psychotherapy are major treatments. In recent years, deep brain stimulation （DBS） has become the most important choice for PD therapy. This review describes the application of drugs and DBS in the treatment of PD.
