摘要
在pH= 10.2 的硼砂和氢氧化钠介质中,锰(Ⅱ)与2,2'-联吡啶(Bipy)生成配合物,于- 1.58V(对饱和甘汞电极)出现一尖锐的极谱峰。在滴汞电极上用示波极谱仪测定,峰电流与锰(Ⅱ)浓度在0.00025~0.20 μg·m L- 1范围内呈线性关系,检出限为0.00008 μg·m L- 1,应用于白酒和茶叶中锰(Ⅱ)的测定,取得了满意的效果。
In borax sodium hydroxide(pH=10.2) medium, a very sensitive polaragraphic catalytic wave was observed by using a single sweep oscillopolarograph at about -1.58V(vs,SCE). The linear relationship between the peak current and the concentration of manganese (Ⅱ) is in the range of 0.00025~0.20 μg·mL -1 . The detection limit of manganese(Ⅱ) is 0.00008 μg·mL -1 . This method was applied to the determination of manganese (Ⅱ) in wine and tea. Results were satisfactory.
