摘要
目的建立介孔材料修饰碳糊电极测定水中痕量铜的方法。方法制备SBA-15修饰碳糊电极,并在pH值为4.2的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,采用溶出伏安法对水中痕量铜进行测定。结果优化实验条件下,相关系数达到0.997 3,测得Cu2+的线性范围和最低检出限分别为2.0×10-10~4.0×10-8mol/L和1.0×10-10mol/L,样品加标回收率为97.0%~101.8%。结论该方法简单、快速、灵敏,可用于实际水样中痕量铜的测定。
Objective To establish a new method for the determination of trace copper in water by using mesoporous materials-modified carbon paste electrode. Methods In acetic acid-sodium acetate solution (pH=4.2), SBA-15-modified carbon paste electrode was used in the determination of trace copper in water with the stripping voltammetry method. Results Under optimized conditions, a good relativity presented(r=0.997 3). A linear response was obtained over the concentration range of 2.0×10^-10-1.0×10^-8 mol/L with detection limit of 1.0×10^-10mol/L. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and applicable to the determination of trace copper in water.
