摘要
江西萍乡电厂的两台125 MW锅炉为超高压、中间再热、自然循环、固态排渣煤粉炉,采用配两套钢球磨煤机的中间储仓式热风送粉系统,直流式燃烧器正四角布置。由于受设备、燃烧方式、煤质等诸多因素的影响,机组的飞灰可燃物含量偏高。分析了机组飞灰可燃物含量偏高的原因,通过针对性的现场试验研究及实验室入炉煤质的热重分析,提出了相关的建议。
The two 125MW boilers are high-pressure,reheat,natural circulation,dry bottom,coal-fired type in Pingxiang power plant.The indirect-fired coal-storage pulverizing system includes two ball mills.The direct-flow burners lay on the corners of the furnace.Due to the factors,such as equipment,combustion manner,quality of the coal and so on,the combustible substance content in fly ash was high.The reasons of high combustible substance content in fly ash were analyzed.By experimental analysis and laboratory thermo-gravimetric study on the coal,some advice was gained.
