摘要
通过平板培养、毒力测定和孢子计数的方法,研究了精喹禾灵、苯磺隆、百草枯、农基阔锄等常见除草剂对木霉菌落生长和产孢量的影响。结果表明,精喹禾灵的毒性最高,田间施用剂量下的抑菌率为78.03%,产孢抑制菌为93.41%;苯磺隆、农基阔锄、百草枯田间施用量剂量下的抑菌率分别为4.93%、27.32%、11.27%,产孢抑制率分别为18.68%、41.20%、25.27%。在施用木霉做生防菌时,可适当考虑用苯磺隆或百草枯去除杂草。
The effects of common herbicides,such as Quizalofop-p-ethyl,Tribenuron-methly,Paraquat,Fluoroglycofen-ethyl emulsifiable etc.,on Trichoderma harzianum colony growth and sporulation quantity were studied through the methods of plate culture,spore count and toxicity test.The results showed that the toxicity of Quizalofop-p-ethyl was the highest,the inhibitory rate of field application and sporulation was 78.03% and 93.41% respectively.The inhibitory rate of field application of Tribenuron-methyl,Paraquat and Fluoroglycofen-ethyl emulsifiable was 4.93%,27.32% and 11.27% respectively,and the inhibitory rate of sporulation was 18.68%,41.20% and 25.27%,respectively.When Trichoderma harzianum was used as bio-control agent,Tribenuron-methly or Fluoroglycofen-ethyl emulsifiable should be considered to be applied in removing weeds.
