生物力学因素对椎间盘退变的影响及机理 被引量:9

摘要 椎间盘退变由多因素引起.现有的研究结果提示其与生物力学、创伤、职业、肥胖、遗传等有关,但确切的发生机制仍不明确。生物力学因素是目前被广大学者所认可的引起椎间盘退变的重要因素。流行病学调查显示,重体力劳动、提重物、长时间驾驶及肥胖等因素是与椎间盘退变相关的主要危险因素;从事机床、卡车司机及搬运重物的职业是腰痛及椎间盘突出的危险因素,且患椎间盘突出症的几率是一般成人的3倍刚。作者从基础及临床角度对生物力学因素在椎间盘退变中所起的作用作一综述。
