摘要
对用电信息采集系统建设过程中存在的若干问题进行描述,论述系统建设方案的特点和应用范围,对方案实施、建设过程中出现的常见问题提出对策,并针对双台式变压器的上行通道共享问题提出解决方案,建立系统信息化管理平台。用电信息采集系统的规范建设可以推动整体配电网和用电侧管理的全面对接,推动规范化管理。
The paper describes problems in construction of power information gathering system,it discusses characteristics and application area of project for system construction and brings forward countermeasures for common problems in scheme implementation and construction.In addition,it proposes solutions to share of upstream channels of two transformers and establishes information management platform of the system.Normative construction of power information gathering system can promote full integration between overall distribution networks and power demand side management as well as normative management.
