摘要
介绍电镀锌工艺原理。针对引进的电镀锌连续生产线阳极装置检查、更换困难的问题,对其进行改造:先后使用悬挂式阳极横梁、全祼露卧式整体铅横梁等方法,但存在劳动强度大、不易操作,镀液流动、循环差,钢丝与裸露的锌板接触发生短路,影响钢丝锌层面质量,以及会严重烧伤钢丝等质量问题,改进未获成功。采用卧式电镀锌阳极装置,触点式整体铅锑横梁,将锌板由原来裸露平卧内槽改为装入塑料盒立卧于内槽中的改造方案,解决了该生产线的不足。
Introduce the principle of galvanization technology. Focus on problems like the examinzation and difficult to change of galvanization continuous production line' s anode device, to improve as below : tried the ways of under slung anode beam, full-naked horizontal lead beam, etc. but failed due to increased labor intensity and difficult to operate, bad flow and cycle of plating bath, steel wire touched naked galvanized sheet and caused short circuit, which effected its surface quality etc. problems. By using horizontal galvanization anode device, lead-stibium unitary beam with contacts, to change zinc sheet bareness in prostration internal slot into stand in the internal slot with plastic case, which solved the shortages of production line.
