摘要
目的了解医院抗肿瘤药物的应用状况和发展趋势。方法对2008年1月至2010年12月抗肿瘤药物使用情况进行回顾性分析,统计其消耗数量、金额、类别。结果中成药、抗代谢药和天然来源药物消耗金额居前3位,奥沙利铂、多西他赛和一些中成药位于品种销售前列,与大型医院相比有一定差异。结论 2008年至2010年该院抗肿瘤药物消耗金额总体呈缓慢增长趋势,品种选择上仍倾向较成熟的药品和用于辅助治疗的中成药。
Objective To analyze the utilization status and developing trend of anti-neoplastic agents in our hospital.Methods The utilization data of anti-neoplastic agents were collected in our hospital during 2008 —2010 and performed the retrospective analysis.The consumption amount,money sum and categories of the anti-neoplastic agents were calculated,and the utilization tendency was analyzed.Results Chinese traditional patent medicines,antimetabolic agents and natural source drugs occupied the top three of sum of consumption money.Oxaliplatin,docetaxel and some Chinese traditional patent medicines ranked first in terms of consumption varieties,which revealed some difference as compared with large-scale hospitals.Conclusion The sum of consumption money of anti-neoplastic agents has been increased slowly during these years.The selection of categories tends to matured drugs and Chinese traditional patent medicines used in assisting treatment.
