摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是一种以不完全可逆的气流受限为特征的常见慢性疾病,发病机制复杂,目前普遍认为COPD以气道、肺实质和肺血管的慢性炎症为特征,在肺的不同部位有肺泡巨噬细胞、T细胞和中性粒细胞增加,部分患者有嗜酸性粒细胞增多。近年来人们发现各种细胞因子在炎症过程中起到重要作用,如C反应蛋白(C-response protein,CRP)、白介素6(interleukin-6,
