摘要
目的：探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术（laparoscopic appendectomy,LA）应用免钛夹单极梯度电凝法处理阑尾系膜的安全性和手术技巧。方法：回顾分析为120例患者应用免钛夹单极梯度电凝法行LA的临床资料。结果：120例手术均获成功,手术时间30~90m in,平均45m in。术后住院2~7d,平均4d,术后无出血、肠梗阻等并发症发生。结论：应用免钛夹梯度电凝法行LA安全可行,患者出血少,手术时间短,费用低,且无钛夹遗留,值得推广应用。
Objective：To explore the security and surgical techniques of monopolar gradient electrocoagulation in laparoscopic appendectomy（LA） without clips.Methods：Clinical data of 120 patients who underwent LA with monopolar gradient electrocoagulation from 2009 to 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results：All of the 120 cases were treated successfully under laparoscopy without conversion to open surgery.Mean operation time was 45min（range,30-90min）.Mean length of hospital stay was 4d（range,2-7d）.No severe complications were found.Conclusions：The monopolar gradient electrocoagulation is a feasible and safe method with shorter operation time,less blood loss,and less hosptial cost.This procedure is worth popularization without titanium clips left.
