窟野河流域水利工程建设可行性探讨

摘要 陕北黄土高原是地广人稀,煤炭资源极为丰富,而地表水和地下水都比较贫乏的地区。大规模工农业生产用水与供水能力之间的矛盾日趋加剧。窟野河流域不仅水利资源丰富,而且工程地质条件优良,具有修建中、小型水利工程的地质条件。本文重点探讨窟野河流域的工程地质条件和论证开发利用窟野河水利资源的必要性和可行性。 The north of Shaanxi Province is a vast loessal plateau with a small population. This area is very rich in the coal resource but poorer in the surface water and the ground water resources. The contradiction between the great quantity of the water demanded by the industrial and agricutural production and the small quantity of the water supply is becoming serious day by day. The Kuye river basin has not only rich hydroulic resources but also excellent engineering geological conditions. So, there is the feasibility to build water conservancy projects in the basin. This paper focuses its analysis on such engineering geological conditions as the stratigraphic information, the geological tectonic situation, the landform and the morphostructure of this area, the hydrogeological factors, etc. It also discusses such engineering geological problems as regional stability, rock strength, the percolation and the accumulation of mud, etc. At last, the author reached a conclusion that the conditions of building water conservancy projects in the Kuye river basin are very beneficial and he suggested that large, medium and small reservoirs should be built altogether in the basin. This is a good way to improve natural environment, to control soil erosion, and to increase the economic and social benefits
