摘要
目的:建立可同时测定复方蛇床酊中蛇床子素和土荆皮乙酸含量的HPLC法。方法:色谱柱:Apollo C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(65:35),流速:1.0ml·min^(-1);检测波长:322nm。结果:蛇床子素和土荆皮乙酸分别在0.010～0.080μg(r=0.9998)和0.005～0.040μg(r=0.9996)范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为99.50%和98.78%,RSD分别为1.94%和1.42%。结论:该方法简便易行,结果准确,重复性好,可用于控制复方蛇床酊的质量。
Objective： To establish the determination method for osthol and pseudolaricacid B in compound Shechuang tincture by HPLC. Method： Apollo C18 column （250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm）was used with methanol-l% acetic acid solution （65： 35） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 322 nm. Result： A good linearity was obtained over the range of 0. 010-0. 080 Ixg （r =0. 999 8） for osthol and 0. 005-0. 040μg （r =0. 999 6） for pseudolaricacid B,respectively. The average recovery of the two components was 99. 50% and 98. 78% with RSD of 1.94% and 1.42% ,respectively. Conclusion： This method is simole.ranid.reliable.and can be annlied in the quality control of compound Shechuang tincture.
