盐酸氟桂利嗪联合非甾体类抗炎药用于偏头痛治疗的疗效观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨盐酸氟桂利嗪联合非甾体类抗炎药(NSAIDs)治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将60例偏头痛患者随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。观察组患者接受盐酸氟桂利嗪联合NSAIDs治疗,对照组接受NSAIDs和安慰剂治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组和对照组治疗偏头痛总有效率分别为90.0%、70.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氟桂利嗪联合NSAIDs治疗偏头痛效果显著,不良反应小。
