Simultaneous determination of four components in Houttuynia cordata

摘要 目的建立同时测定鲜鱼腥草药材中4-萜烯醇、α-松油醇、乙酸龙脑酯和甲基正壬酮的方法。方法 DB-1毛细管气相色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm);程序升温方式为70℃保持5 min,以5℃/min上升至140℃,保持5 min,再以20℃/min上升至250℃;进样口温度250℃;检测器FID;检测器温度280℃。结果 4-萜烯醇、α-松油醇、乙酸龙脑酯和甲基正壬酮分别在9.90~148.5μg/mL,2.580~38.70μg/mL,40.80~612.0μg/mL,208.0~3120μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为96.1%,95.5%,97.4%,96.7%,RSD分别为1.2%,2.4%,2.4%,2.7%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于同时测定鲜鱼腥草药材中4种成分。 AIM To establish a method for simultaneously determing 4-terpineol,α-terpineol,bornyl acetate and methyl-n-nonylketone in Houttuynia cordata.METHODS GC determination was performed on a DB-1 column(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 um).The column temperature was maintained at 70 ℃ after injection for 5min,and programmed to 140 ℃ at the rate of 5 ℃ /min,then held for 5min.After that the temperature was elevated to 250 ℃ at the rate of 20 ℃/min.The FID was used as detector,the temperature of the injection and detector were set at 250 ℃and 280 ℃,respectively.Nitrogen was used as the carrier gas of 1.0 mL/min.One microliter of the sample was injected in the 10∶ 1 split mode.RESULTS Good linearity of the four components were obtained within the ranges of 9.90-148.5 μg/mL,2.580-38.70 μg/mL,40.80-612.0 μg/mL and 208.0-3 120 μg/mL respectively.The average recoveries of the four components were 96.1%,95.5%,97.4%,96.7%and the RSDs were 1.2%,2.4%,2.4%,2.7%,respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,accurate,and can be used to determine the four components in Houttuynia cordata thunb simultaneously.
