摘要
应用交通运输领域比较成熟的交通需求管理理论的主要成果,吸收其成熟的理论思想、技术方法、政策措施与组织行为等,从支线机场定位、管理体制和资源配置的问题入手进行分析和讨论,探讨支线机场建设和管理中相关的问题,为支线机场的发展提供有益的决策咨询参考。
By applying the theoretical achievement of Traffic Demand Management （TDM） in the field of transportation,absorbing the theory and thoughts,technical methods,policy measures and organization performance,feeder airport construction and management are analyzed and discussed in the perspective of airport positioning,management system and resources allocation to provide the de-cision making and consulting reference for the feeder airport construction.
