摘要
通过了解中国人才培养的现状,结合当下我国高等教育的情况,从科学发展观的视角,重新审视目前我国人才培养理念,从而对我国知识经济时代人才培养理念的构建提出一些建议,以助于形成具有中国特色的创新人才培养理念,促进高等教育质量的不断提高。
By analyzing the situation of talent training in China and combining with the present situation of higher education,this paper reconsiders the current talent training pattern in China and hence makes some suggestions on the construction of the talent training pattern in this era of knowledge economy from the perspective of scientific outlook on development,so as to form an innovative talent training mode with Chinese characteristic and encourage the continuous improvement of quality in higher education.
