摘要
近年来对子宫内膜异位症(EMS)的治疗取得了一些进展,但对其保守药物治疗,尤其是年轻以及有生育要求的患者手术及药物治疗,仍是临床医师面临的难题。EMS病因不明,发病率高,临床治疗方法较多,但治疗效果均不理想。现针EMS的治疗状况,从期待治疗、传统药物治疗、最新治疗技术、药物、手术、针灸等几个方面的治疗及进展进行综述,为临床工作提供参考。
The research of endometriosis（EMS）treatment have been progressing in recent years,however the conservative drug therapy,especially the surgery and drug therapy for the young who have fertility requirements,are still problems faced by the clinicians.EMS,the etiology of which remains unclear,is a high-incidence disease with many clinical treatment methods with however unideal effect.Here,centering on the treatment status of EMS,progress of expected treatment,traditional drug therapy,latest treatment technology,medicine,surgery,and acupuncture are reviewed to provide references for clinical practices.
