经皮微创接骨板治疗胫骨平台骨折28例

摘要 目的:对比分析经皮微创接骨板治疗法与传统切开复位术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法:选取治疗的56例胫骨平台骨折患者,随机选取其中28例采用经皮微创接骨板治疗(治疗组);其余28例采用传统切开复位术进行治疗(观察组);最后对比观察两组的治疗效果。结果:微创组平均切口长6.29 cm,平均出血量33.92 ml,术后随访1~3年,膝关节功能依照Rasmussen评分标准,功能优良率为92.9%(26/28);观察组平均切口长14.63 cm,平均出血量118.20 ml,膝关节功能依照Rasmussen评分标准,功能优良率为82.1%(22/28)。结论:经皮微创接骨板治疗胫骨平台骨折具有创伤较小、腿部肿胀较轻、术后疼痛感较小、外观疤痕较少、腿部功能恢复较快、复位和固定效果优良等诸多特点,如果病情符合,建议优先采用此法。
