在温室条件下测定了新型助剂对百草枯生物活性的影响。助剂Agnique BL-7200在百草枯水剂中添加量为12%~15%时,药剂对小麦和龙葵的生物活性与百草枯市场主流产品相当。生物源助剂Agnique BL-7210在百草枯水剂中添加量为15%时,药剂的生物活性优于百草枯市场主流产品,对小麦和龙葵的ED_(50)值分别为百草枯市场主流产品(有效成分40.84 g/hm^2和20.20 g/hm^2)的0.64倍和0.68倍。Agnique BL-7200和Agnique BL-7210助剂在水溶液中浓度达到1%时,药液表面张力分别为30.7和35.2 mN/m。用Agnique BL-7210配制的百草枯水剂的稀释稳定性优于百草枯市场主流产品。试验结果表明,生物源助剂Agnique BL-7210对百草枯具有显著的增效作用,是1种适用于百草枯的较理想助剂。
Experiments were conducted to study the influence of new type adjuvants on the bioactivity of paraquat. When the content of adjuvant Agnique BL-7200 in the paraquat formulation was between 12% to 15%, it's phytotoxicities to wheat (Triticum aestivum) and black nightshade (Solanum nigrum) were similar to that of the major praquat product on the market (MPPM). When the content of the adjuvant Agnique BL-7210 in the paraquat formulation was 15%, it's phytotoxicities to the two plants were better than that of MPPM. The ED50 to wheat and black nightshade were 0.64 and 0.68 times of that of MPPM, respectively. When the content of Agnique BL-7200 and Agnique RL-7210 in the water was 1%, the surface tensions of the solution were 30.7 and 35.2 mN/m, respectively. The stability of paraquat solution prepared with Agnique BL-7210 was much better than that of MPPM. The results indicated that the bioactivity ofparaquat was improved significantly when the adjuvant Agnique BL-7210 was used in the formulation, which implied that the Agnique BL-7210 was one of the best adjuvants for paraquat formulation.
