摘要
为了加强病险水库治理与加固设计工作,通过对广西、江西、湖北、安徽、重庆等省市部分已经完成除险加固和正在进行的病险水库调查,系统总结了病险水库在安全评价、除险加固过程中及除险加固后各阶段所遇到的主要问题。包括:水库基本资料不全,地质勘探工作不够深入,水文资料系列不够长,对水库现状工程任务论证不足,水库加固设计、施工方案与实际情况不符,全属结构安装困难,加固设计方案与水库运行管理不适应等。剖析了存在上述问题的主要原因,并提出了相应的对策。
In order to strengthen the design and treatment of dangerous reservoirs,through investigation on the danger-removed and reinforced reservoirs and the being treated reservoirs in Guangxi,Jiangxi,Hubei,Anhui provinces and Chongqing City,the major problems encountered in safety appraisal stage,danger removal and reinforcement stage and in the stage after completion of danger removal and reinforcement are systematically summarized.Through analysis and summarization,it is found that the major problems in reservoir danger removal and reinforcement include incomplete basic data,superficial geological survey work,short hydrological data series,insufficient demonstration of reservoir functions,non-adaption between design,construction scheme of reservoir reinforcement and practical conditions,difficult metal structure installation,non-adaption between reservoir reinforcement scheme and operation and management etc.We analyze the main causes of the existed problems and put forward correlative suggestions in view of the existed problems in reinforcement of dangerous reservoirs.
