摘要
以国内外引进的75份蓖麻种质资源为材料,在对株高、果穗长、含油率、单株有效穗、单株蒴果数和单株种子产量等6个农艺性状进行相关分析的基础上,进行了主成分聚类分析.结果表明,前3个主成分累计贡献率达83.45%.其中,第1主成分为产量构成因子,贡献率为58.41%;第2主成分为含油率构成因子,贡献率为13.87%;第3主成分为株高构成因子,贡献率为11.17%.主成分系统聚类分析表明,当欧氏距离取值D=2.49时,可把75份蓖麻种质资源分成四大类群,在杂交育种上可根据不同类别的特点加以利用.
Principal component(PC) analysis was done on the basis of six important agronomic traits of 75 castor varieties,including plant height,ear length,oil yield,the number of effective ear per plant,capsule number per plant and seed yield per plant.The cumulative rate of first three PCs was 83.45%.The first PC was yield(58.41%),and the second PC was oil yield(13.87%),while the third PC was plant height(11.17%).The cluster analysis indicated that all varieties were clustered into four categories while D=2.49.These varieties could be used for castor breeding with different purposes.
