摘要
以啤酒厂不同处理工段废水、污泥为原料培养苏云金芽胞杆菌(Bt),并与城市污水做比较,研究啤酒废水、污泥的化学耗氧量(COD)、pH、发酵情况及其毒力.结果表明,以啤酒厂混合池原废水和酸化池废水为原料培养Bt,活芽胞数可达109 cfu.mL-1级,与城市污水相比(D595 nm=0.202),能产较高的晶体蛋白(D595 nm=0.209),发酵时间18.0-22.5 h.用啤酒废水培养Bt的发酵液毒力更强、发酵周期短、营养好,适合做为Bt发酵的工业化原料.
Sewage from different brewery working procedure was provided as media to cultivate Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt).The chemical oxygen demand(COD),pH,parameters of fermentation,and toxicity of sewage from urban sewage-digestive plant and brewery wastewater-digestive plant were investigated.It was showed that brewery wastewater/acidified wastewater+sludge was suitable media,which could produce 109 cfu·mL-1 spores.Compared to urban wastewater+sludge materials(D595 nm=0.202),it had higher crystal compound(D595 nm=0.209) and shorter fermentation cycle with 18-22.5 h.It would be good material for Bt biopesticide production.
