摘要
针对汽车产业链中的核心部件——引擎的制造成本及利润核定问题,从逆向供应链制造的角度进行了深入研究。建立了逆向供应链的引擎再制造利润一成本模型,结合定量/定性的研究方法,找出了影响逆向供应链中引擎再制造利润和成本的主要因素。通过灵敏度分析,研究了关键要素变化对逆向供应链的利润和成本的影响。基于上述研究结论,为我国汽车工业企业实施引擎再制造提供了对策建议和理论指导。
The profit and cost of engine remanufacturing is widely concerned by both industry and academia and study is conducted for this problem in the viewpoint of reverse supply chain in this paper. First, amodel is developed for profit-cost analysis of engine remanufacturing in reverse supply chain. Then, quantitative and qualitative analysis methods are presented to show the factors that have significant impact onthe profit and cost and how these factors influence the profit and cost. Also, sensitive analysis is done. Based on the analysis results, suggestions are made for how auto industry should do to improve engine reanufacturing in China.
