摘要
为了提高小龙潭露天煤矿的块煤率,以现场试验为基础,系统的研究了底盘抵抗线、炸药单耗、孔网参数对块煤率的影响,给出了系列试验实测数据和现场照片及分析图表。试验证明,在该矿山其他爆破参数不变的情况下,适当增加底盘抵抗线块煤率会有所增加,随着单孔负担面积的相对增加,产生合格块煤率的比例也相应增加。
In order to enhance the lump coal rate of open coal mine in Xiaolong Pond based on the site test,the influence of bottom burden,specific charge and holes space parameters on lump coal rate was studied systemically,and put forward the test data and site photos and analysis figures and tables.The test results show that enlarging the bottom burden properly could increase the lump coal rate on the changeless of other blast parameters of this mine.And following the relative increasing of burden area per hole,the ratio of qualified lump coal rate is also increasing.
