摘要
高模量沥青混凝土是一种通过提高沥青路面的劲度模量,来提高沥青路面高温抗车辙性能的新型材料。针对高模量改性剂PR.Modulus干法工艺制备的高模量沥青混凝土的路用性能展开室内试验研究。结果表明,添加高模量剂PR.Modulus的高模量沥青混凝土可以有效提高沥青混凝土路面的高温稳定性;低温抗裂性能保持不变,水稳定性能也有所提高。对动态模量试验数据的分析得知,提高沥青混合料弹性模量可以有效减缓高速公路沥青混凝土路面车辙的产生。
High modulus asphalt concrete(abbrev.HMAC) is a new pavement material,which improves high temperature stability by increasing elastic modulus.HMAC is evaluated,which is prepared through adding PR Modulus additive to asphalt mixture.The results show that high modulus asphalt concrete which adding PR Module additive to asphalt mixture can improve high temperature stability of asphalt concrete pavement,constant low temperature crack resistance,water stability of performance has improved,and according to analysis of dynamic modulus tests data,the rutting can be reduced greatly by increasing the elastic modulus of the asphalt mixture.
