摘要
对30名大学生进行每周5次,每次30分钟,为期4个月的"健身气功易筋经"练习,并对练习前后测试了能够反映柔韧素质的"立位体前屈"、"立位体测屈"、"立位臂平举体旋转"等指标,采用SPSS1.0数据统计软件对测试结果进行了分析和差异检验。实验研究证明,健身气功易筋经的练习对大学生柔韧性有良好的影响。
This research(30 college students was organized to take the exercise of the health promoting Qigong-Yijinjing,5 times per week,30 minutes per time,and lasting 4 months) tested the indexes before and after the exercise that can reflect flexibility indicator,such as forward touching,side touching,and leveling arm and rotating body,and the results which had passed difference test was analyzed by SPSSl.O statistical software.It is proved by this research that the exercise of the health promoting Qigong-Yijinjing has positive influence on college students' flexibility.
