摘要
对于管道后屈曲的研究通常采用有限元方法,基于有限元分析软件建立的海底管道整体屈曲分析的有限元模型必须引入几何缺陷。针对建模过程中初始几何缺陷的引入方法对管道前屈曲及后屈曲的影响,本文基于ANSYS建立了平坦海床上裸铺管道的非线性有限元模型,详细介绍了建模过程中初始几何缺陷的引入方法,并对几何缺陷的引入方法进行了对比分析。分析表明管道形成初始几何缺陷引起的残余应力对管道屈曲的临界温差及最大轴向总应变有明显影响,对管道后屈曲的变形及弯矩影响不大。
Finite element method is used for pipeline post-buckling analysis pipeline.Initial seometric imperfection is very important in pipeline global buckling.In order to reveal the effect of introducing method for building model on pre-buckling and post-buckling,FEM of pipeline exposed on seabed is built based on ANSYS;introducing method of initial seomeeric imperfection is presented and compared.Analysis shows that residual stress have obvious effect on critical temperature difference and maximum axial total strain,and have small effect on post-buckling deformation and moment.
