摘要
目的:观察赛肤润治疗Ⅰ期压疮的疗效。方法:将60例长期卧床的老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组采用赛肤润喷雾患处,对照组采用50%红花酒精按摩患处,观察两组患者的疗效。结果:观察组治愈率为70%,总有效率为100%;对照组治愈率为46.67%,总有效率为80%。两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组明显优于对照组。结论:赛肤润治疗Ⅰ期压疮疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective ： Observation sangrene treat I issue to press the sore the curative effect. Methods ：60 cases of long - term bed semile patient were ran- domly divided into the observation group and the control group 30 in each group, the observation group uses sangrene to atomize the trouble place, the con- trol group uses 50% safflower ethyl alcohol massage trouble place, observation curative effect. Results ：The cure rate of observation group was 70%, the total effectiveness was 100%, the cure rate of control group was 46.67%, the total effectiveness was 80%, two groups of cure rates and the total effectiveness comparison differences have statistics significance （P 〈 0.05 ）, the observation group surpassed the control group obviously. Conclusion：Match skin run treats I issue to press the sore curative effect to be good,it was worth of the clinical promotion.
