摘要
提取高质量的蝴蝶基因组是蝶类分子系统学研究的重要步骤。本文通过对蝴蝶干标本不同部位DNA提取效果的比较,找出了最适合蝴蝶干标本基因组DNA提取的部位,同时用PCR扩增的方法进行了检验,力争为开展蝴蝶的分子生物学研究奠定基础。结果表明,足部的提取效果最佳。
As the basis of DNA PCR amplification,the extraction of the high-quality butterfly genome serves as an important step for researching butterfly molecular phylogeny.By comparing the effects of different parts of the butterfly body,we may find the best part for the DNA extraction.Moreover,the PCR technique is applied to check the result,it be found that butterfly feet are the best part for extracting the high-quality genome.
