摘要
目的探讨腹部皮瓣修复手部重度热压伤的方法和疗效。方法 18例手部重度热压伤采用各种腹部带蒂皮瓣进行创面修复术。术后皮瓣覆盖多指者行分指整形术,皮瓣臃肿者行皮瓣去脂术,术后早期进行康复治疗。结果 18例术后皮瓣全部成活,6例行分指整形术,5例行皮瓣去脂术。经6~12个月随访,皮瓣颜色质地佳,手外形和功能恢复满意。结论腹部皮瓣修复早期手部热压伤创面具有简便、可靠的特点。
Objective To evaluate the long-term effect of abdominal wall flaps on severe hot crush injury in hand.MethodsAll 18 cases of hot crush injury in hand were repaired by various abdominal wall flaps.Plastic operation was applied to the flaps with multifingers while lip suction was performed on the fatty flaps.Function rehabilitation at early stage was provided postoperatively.Results All the flaps were survived.Six patients underwent plastic operation,five received surgery of lip suction.All patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months.Skin flaps all showed better color and texture meanwhile the shape and function of the hand was satisfactory.Conclusion Abdominal wall flap is a very useful technique for repairing severe hot crush injury in hand since it can be performed easily and safely.
