摘要
对上海市水源基地的青草沙供水泵站工程进行了流道的优化水力设计、水力模型选择和泵装置的模型试验。介绍了模型试验的试验系统、试验准则和4个水力模型的试验结果。试验结果表明:全调节混流泵模型性能最优,在设计扬程5.8 m时处于高效区,叶片角度-2°时模型效率高于79.5%,原型流量34.6 m3/s,在最不利运行条件(零扬程)下,临界汽蚀余量小于10 m,满足工程设计要求,且能安全可靠并高效运行,推荐采用。
For the Qingcaosha water-supply pumping station in Shanghai city, the hydraulic design of elbow inlet passage and siphon outlet conduit were completed, and the detailed model tests of pump set were selected for hydraulic model. The test system and test rules were illuminated and the detailed test results of the four hydraulic models have been obtained. The test results show that the all conditioning mixed-flow pump model is most appropriate for the pumping station. At the blade angle of -2°,the efficiency of the model pump set is more than 79.5 % at the net lift of 5.8 m, with a very wide operational areas of high efficiency. And the flow of the prototype pump set is 34.6 m^3/s. At the net lift of 0 m that is the most adverse operating conditions, the critical NPSH is less than 10 m. So all the performance of the mixed-flow pump can meet the design requirements of the pumping station, and it can operate safely and reliably with high efficiency.
