摘要
以访谈法、田野考察法对黑龙江省民族中学体育师资队伍的民族、年龄、性别比例、职称与学历结构等进行调查,分析探讨目前民族中学体育师资队伍存在的教师民族与男女比例失调、职称偏低、专业单一等问题。在此基础上提出了加强黑龙江省民族中学体育师资队伍建设发展对策,为今后民族中学体育师资改进工作提供有益的理论参考及建议。
Papers based on the interview method and fieldwork method to investigate ethnicity,age,gender,job title and qualifications structure of national middle school PE teachers of Heilongjiang province,and analysis the current problems which exist in national middle school PE teachers,such as teachers＇ ethnic and gender imbalance,low grade,single major and so on.On the above basis,papers proposed some strategies on enhancing construction and development of national middle school PE teachers of Heilongjiang province,and provide some useful references and recommendations for the future improvements of national middle school PE teachers.
