摘要 为满足高压地层快速、安全钻井的需要,在对重晶石进行表面处理和控制膨润土含量的基础上,采用润湿分散剂XL、非增黏降滤失剂ZY等特殊处理剂研制出了密度为3.0 g/cm3的超高密度钻井液(基本配方为:1%2%膨润土+3%SMC+5%7%润湿分散剂XL+0.5%1.0%非增黏降滤失剂ZY+0.5%润滑剂RT-1+重晶石),并对其性能进行了系统评价。研究结果表明,超高密度钻井液具有较强抗污染能力,在被3%NaCl、质量浓度2000 mg/L Ca2+、0.7%石膏和7%钻屑粉污染后,漏斗黏度小于250 s,仍具有良好的流动性;超高密度钻井液具有较好的热稳定性和沉降稳定性,在150℃/48 h高温老化和水污染后,钻井液性能变化很小,在24 h内没有发生重晶石沉降,可满足高压深部地层的钻井需要。 In order to meet the requirements of fast and safe drilling in high-pressure formation,Ultra-high density drilling fluid(UHDDF) with high density of 3.0 g/cm3,was prepared using special agent such as wetting and dispersing agent,non-thickeningfluid loss agent,on the basis of surface treatment of barite and bentonite content control,and the performance of the fluid was evaluated systematically,as a result,a optimized formulation of the UHDDF was obtained as follows: 1%~2% bentonite +3%SMC+5%~7% wetting and dispersing agent XL+0.5%~1.0% non-thickening fluid loss agent ZY+0.5% lubricant RT-1+ barite.The relative performances were measured.The results showed that the UHDDF had good anti-pollution ability,the funnel viscosity of the UHDDF was less than 250 s after polluted by 3%NaCl、2000 mg/L Ca2+、0.7% gypsum and 7% powder drill cuttings.After 150℃/48h high-temperature aging and water pollution,there was little changes on the performances of the UHDDF,and no barite settlement occurred within 24 h,which showed the UHDDF had good sedimentation stability and thermal stability.
