内蒙古油砂沥青热转化前后化学结构的变化规律 被引量:12

Structural Changes of the Bitumen From Inner Mongolia Oil Sand During Thermal Conversion

摘要 采用核磁共振和红外光谱分析方法对内蒙古3种油砂沥青及其流化热转化后的液体产品的化学结构进行了研究。通过用改进的Brown-Ladner法计算了油砂沥青及热转化后得到的液体产品的平均分子结构参数,发现热转化得到的液体产品平均分子结构参数发生了明显的改变。相对于原料油砂沥青,热转化液体产品的芳碳率fA略有增加、环烷碳率fN大幅度增加,而烷基碳率fp则明显减少,并且总环数RT从6.10~8.64下降到2左右,芳香环数RA从3.13~6.10下降到1左右,环烷环数RN也从2.22~3.42下降到1左右。3种不同性质油砂沥青的平均分子结构参数变化趋势相同,均归因于油砂沥青热转化过程中多环芳烃的聚合和长链烷烃侧链的断裂。 The properties and structures of bitumen eluted from Inner Mongolia oil sands and their liquid products derived from fluid thermal conversion were analyzed by using 1H NMR and infrared spectroscopy techniques.The average structural parameters,the fraction of aromatic carbon(fA),cycloparaffinic carbon(fN) and paraffinic carbon(fp),of eluted bitumen and their liquid products were obtained by 1H NMR data and the modified Brown-Ladner's method.Compared to bitumen,the liquid products from fluid thermal conversion had a significant difference in average structural parameters.The fA of liquid products increased slightly,and the fN of liquid products increased obviously,while the fp decreased noticeably.Moreover,the total ring number(RT),aromatic ring number(RA) and cycle ring number(RN) decreased from 6.10-8.64 to 2,from 3.13-6.10 to 1 and from 2.22-3.42 to 1,respectively.In addition,the changes of average structural parameters of the three different oil sand bitumen showed the similar tendency due to coking formation of polycyclic aromatic and cleavage of long paraffin side-chain during fluid thermal conversion.
