冠心病患者血浆游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸水平与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨冠心病患者血浆游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸水平(FT3)水平与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法选择行冠状动脉造影检查的198例患者,根据造影结果分为正常对照组、一支病变、两支病变和三支病变组。采用Genisi评分系统对病变程度进行评估。结果正常组与病变组血浆FT3水平差异有统计学意义(<0.05),血浆FT3水平与病变支数及病变程度有一定联系。结论血浆FT3水平对预测冠状动脉病变程度有重要意义。
