摘要
目的调查不同规模城市护士的社会支持与主观幸福感,并探讨两者的相关性。方法应用社会支持评定量表和Campbell幸福感指数量表,对浙江省特大城市杭州、大城市绍兴和小城市嵊州三个不同规模城市的412名在职护士进行匿名问卷调查。结果被调查护士的社会支持总分均数为36.60,主观幸福感均数为8.94;三个城市的护士社会支持总分、客观支持分、主观支持分均数多重比较除杭州与绍兴在客观支持上无显著差异外,其余均有显著性差异,其中特大城市杭州最低,小城市嵊州最高(P<0.05);三个城市的护士对支持的利用度和主观幸福感无显著性差异(P>0.05);社会支持与主观幸福感呈显著性正相关(P<0.01)。结论护士的社会支持水平一般,主观幸福感较低;城市规模与社会支持呈负相关,主观幸福感与社会支持呈正相关;城市规模增大带来的有利因素可中和社会支持可及性减少对幸福感的负面影响。
Objective To investigate nurses＇ soeial support and subjective well-being in cities of different sizes and their relationshipm. Methods The Social Support Rating Scale and the Campbell Subjective Well-being Scale were applied to evaluate the soeial support and the subjective well-being of 412 on-the-job nurses from three cities of Zhejiang province. Results The total scores of the social support and the subjective well-being of all nurses were 36. 60 and 8. 94 respectively. The total scores of them in the small city Shengzhou were the highest, while those in the extra large city Hangzhou were the lowest （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in objective support between the extra large city Hangzhou and the large city Shaoxing. The differences of support utilization and subjective well-being among three cities were not statistically significant. The social support level was positively correlated with subjective well-being （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion This study suggested the social support of on-the-job nurses was not high and subjective well-being was relatively low ; the size of the cities was negatively correlated with the social support while the social support was positively correlated with subjective well-being, and that the advantage of larger size city may counteract it＇s negative effect of lower level of the social support on subjective well-being.
