摘要
在旅游解说规划中,融多感觉游客体验为目标的解说媒体设计与评估是当前解说媒体研究中新趋势。以姑婆山国家森林公园酒桶解说小品为研究对象,通过现场观察法、问卷调查法和实地访谈法,从参与式旅游解说媒体游客观看人数、停留时间、知识获取、态度改变、行为意向等方面进行调研,评估参与式酒桶解说媒体的效果。研究表明:观看参与式旅游解说媒体的游客停留时间大多在1 min以内,基本不会超过5 min;游客愿意体验参与式旅游解说媒体,互动性是其最具吸引力的因子;参与式解说媒体对游客知识获取方面的效果较好,并在游客的态度改变、行为意向方面都起着积极的作用;同时参与式旅游解说媒体效果受着天气、位置设置、媒体设计、解说内容、景区管理等各种因素的影响。
Design and evaluation of interpretive media combining multi-sense of visitors' experience is a new trend in tourism interpretive planning. Taking a barrel interpretative media in Gopu Mountain Forest Park as a research object, the evaluation of effectiveness of interactive barrel interpretative media was studied from the aspects of number of tourists watching the media, staying time, knowledge acquisition, attitude change and behavior intention change, etc, with the methods of observation, questionnaire survey and formal interview for tourists. The finding shows that staying time of the tourists watching interactive interpretative media mostly was in 1 minute, no more than 5 minutes; visitors preferred to experienc the interactive interpretative media, and thought the interaction of the is the most attractive factors for them; interactive interpretative media achieved a good effect on knowledge acquisition, and played a positive role in attitude change and behavior intention change of tourists; the effectiveness of interactive interpretative media was affected by various factors, such as weather, background environment, media design, interpretation content and management.
